How do I order custom patterns from Blu Crane Arts?

What is your return policy?

Because all of our items are made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges. This helps us reduce waste and ensure each product is crafted just for you.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery using our Contact Us form, and we’ll make it right.

We appreciate your understanding and support for small-batch, intentional design.

Why are your items made to order?

Every item at Blu Crane Arts is made to order to ensure quality, reduce waste, and offer you something truly special. This approach allows us to avoid mass production, support more sustainable practices, and give you access to a wider variety of unique designs, colors, and styles, many of which wouldn’t be possible with pre-made stock.

It also means each piece is created just for you, adding a personal, intentional touch to your order.

Would you give a discount for bulk orders?

Yes! We offer discounts on bulk orders of 10 items or more. Whether you're planning a wedding, corporate gifting, special event, or looking to stock custom items for your business, we’re happy to work with you on a custom order.

 Can I combine bulk discounts with a sale or promotion?

Yes, you can! Bulk orders during sales are eligible for an additional 5% off, up to a maximum discount of 30% total.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

At this time, we do not offer gift wrapping, as our products are made to order and shipped directly from our print partners. However, we are working with our print provider to add a gift message option to your orders, if desired. Check back later as we grow and add to our business.

Is your art or patterns made with AI?

No! Our patterns are created using design tools (like Repper)and digital art programs (like Clip Studio Paint), which helps transform original images and artwork into seamless, repeating patterns. While we use software to assist in the process, all creative decisions, edits, and final touches are made by a human artist.

As for our photography prints, those are all real photos taken by humans, for humans, with the help of art programs to clean up and make alterations as needed.

Every piece is thoughtfully designed to reflect our artistic vision and bring vibrant, nature-inspired beauty into your everyday items.

Aren't tools and programs just AI?

Many people think that, but not quite! While both use technology, there’s a big difference. Traditional design tools - like the ones we use - require direct input and creative choices from the artist. Programs like Repper help us create patterns from our own images, but they don’t generate anything on their own.

In contrast, AI tools can create entirely new images or concepts with minimal human direction. At Blu Crane Arts, all designs are artist-guided: whether we're crafting a pattern, editing a photo, or curating a collection, it’s always a hands-on creative process.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also offer secure checkout options through Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal for your convenience.

What are your shipping rates?

Shipping rates vary depending on the product, destination, and quantity ordered. We use standard shipping rates recommended by our print providers to ensure fair pricing and reliable delivery.

You’ll see exact shipping costs calculated at checkout before completing your order. We always aim to keep shipping affordable while ensuring your items arrive safely and on time.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is processed and shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can follow the status of your delivery directly from that link.

If you created an account at checkout, you can also log in to view your order status at any time.

Please note that because all items are made to order, it may take a few days to ship. If you haven't received a tracking email within 5–7 business days, feel free to contact us—we're happy to help!
