Refund policy

At Blu Crane Arts, all of our items are made to order, which means they are created just for you. Due to this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after an order has been placed.

However, we want you to love what you receive. If there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days on our contact page if:

  • Your item arrives damaged
  • You received the wrong item
  • There is a defect or printing error

Be sure to include a photo of the item, a brief description of the issue, and your order number. We will evaluate the problem and, if approved, send a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Because each product is custom-printed upon order, we cannot accept returns for reasons such as:

  • Ordering the wrong item, color, or size
  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards

We also do not accept returns for items marked as final sale.

Exchanges

We do not offer traditional exchanges. If you experience an issue with your order, please don't hesitate to contact us, and we will do our best to find a solution.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in cases where an item cannot be replaced or reprinted. If your refund is approved, it will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
