At Blu Crane Arts, every item is made to order just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
No Returns or Exchanges
All of our products are custom-printed and created upon purchase. This allows us to reduce waste and offer a wide variety of designs without keeping mass inventory. As a result, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong item, size, or color.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re here to make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:
- A description of the issue
- A clear photo of the item and any damage
- Your order number
We will work with our print partners to replace the item at no additional cost to you.
Shipping Issues
While we do our best to ensure smooth delivery, Blu Crane Arts is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or issues caused by incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. Please double-check your address before placing your order.
